Ordering, Cancellations and Refunds

* Any changes to orders must be made no less than 72 hours prior to date of delivery/collection .There will strictly be no refunds for changes made to orders less than 72 hours before delivery/collection.

* You will be provided with an order reference number in an order confirmation sent to you via email. Please quote the order reference number when contacting our customer service representative regarding changes to your order.

* Order Placed on the website can’t be Cancelled and in case of any natural calamities or unseen circumstances, a credit note will be issues, holding a validation of 3 months from the date of order placement

* All possible effort will be made to execute orders and to be delivered in stipulated time. It shall be Our esteemed customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery instructions are clear and precise

* To complete your order, we will need all fields at Checkout completed, including Delivery Information and the Contact number of recipient

* While placing an order, please provide us with the following information for delivery at Residence / Commercial premises / Hotel

* Residence / Office – Postal address with phone number along with a proper landmark

* Hotel – Full address of the hotel. Room Number / Banquet details along with Telephone number of the Hotel

* For any order modifications (billing, delivery address, delivery date etc.), please contact our Customer Care at least 48 hours before the original delivery date.
