2. Ordering, Cancellations, and Refunds

• Orders placed on the website cannot be canceled. In case of natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances, a credit note will be issued, valid for 3 months from the date of order placement.
• We will make every effort to deliver orders within the stipulated time. Customers are responsible for providing clear and precise delivery instructions.
• To complete your order, all fields at checkout, including delivery information and the recipient’s contact number, must be filled out.
• For delivery at residences, commercial premises, or hotels, please provide the complete postal address, phone number, and relevant details such as room or banquet number for hotels.
• For any modifications to billing, delivery address, or delivery date, please contact our customer care at least 48 hours before the original delivery date.

3. Delivery Policy

• Deliveries will be made according to the chosen time slots. Delays may occur during national holidays, peak festival hours, or due to high order volumes.
• We deliver 365 days a year, including Sundays and public holidays.
• Free home delivery is available only in Mumbai and Thane City. Delivery to other areas will incur additional charges based on location. Please contact our support team for details on delivery charges to non-free delivery areas.

• The minimum order value for home delivery is ₹500.
