Product Policy

* We recommend Products to be kept to suggested storage conditions stated on the website, and that consumption shelf life be observed accordingly. Aaro Foods shall not be held liable for Products stored under inappropriate conditions and/or kept beyond suggested shelf life.
* Non-edible items may be used as decorative pieces on our cakes. Please ensure that these non-edible items are removed prior to consumption.
* Products may be subject to stock availability. We will take the necessary steps to inform customers should we not be able to fulfil any orders for whatever reason; and offer suggestions for alternative Products.
* Aaro Foods make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all prices shown on the website are updated from time to time. We reserve the right to change prices and to add, alter, or remove promotional offers from time to time and as necessary.
Ordering, Cancellations and Refunds
* Any changes to orders must be made no less than 72 hours prior to date of delivery/collection .There will strictly be no refunds for changes made to orders less than 72 hours before delivery/collection.
* You will be provided with an order reference number in an order confirmation sent to you via email. Please quote the order reference number when contacting our customer service representative regarding changes to your order.
* Changes of orders can only be made no less than 72 hours prior to date of delivery/collection. There will strictly be no refunds for cancellations made to orders less than 72 hours before delivery/collection.
* Order Placed on the website can’t be Cancelled and in case of any natural calamities or unseen circumstances, a credit note will be issues, holding a validation of 3 months from the date of order placement
* All possible effort will be made to execute orders and to be delivered in stipulated time. It shall be Our esteemed customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery instructions are clear and precise
* To complete your order, we will need all fields at Checkout completed, including Delivery Information and the Contact number of recipient
* While placing an order, please provide us with the following information for delivery at Residence / Commercial premises / Hotel
* Residence / Office – Postal address with phone number along with a proper landmark
* Hotel – Full address of the hotel. Room Number / Banquet details along with Telephone number of the Hotel
* For any order modifications (billing, delivery address, delivery date etc.), please contact our Customer Care at least 48 hours before the original delivery date.
Delivery Policy
Delivery will be done as per the slots chosen and delays may happen in national holidays, peak festival hours or due to high order traffic.
We deliver all 365 day including Sundays and Public Holiday
Free home delivery is only in Mumbai and Thane City
We can deliver to the areas of your choice at Extra Delivery charges depending on the Loation, please contact our support to know the Delivery charges for Delivery in Non-Free Delivery Areas.
As our products have restricted shelf life and please refer to our storage details page for the same.
A minimum order value is 500 ₹ for Home delivery
