Every batch starts with the same premium ingredients we use for our regular menu — Belgian cocoa, Californian walnuts, Lotus Biscoff, and hand-picked dry fruits. No shortcuts for festival season.
Modaks are still hand-moulded for that authentic pleated shape — our chefs work in gloves and hairnets at dedicated festive stations, separate from our everyday cake production line.
Once shaped, modaks go straight into food-grade, tamper-evident sealed boxes or pouches — no open trays, no repeated handling between kitchen and delivery.
Deliveries are timed and routed to reach you fresh, avoiding long waits in transit — especially important during Mumbai’s September humidity.

No. Once a modak is hand-shaped and placed in its sealed box or pouch, it isn't opened or repacked again — the seal you see is the seal from our kitchen.
We batch-produce close to your delivery slot rather than days in advance, and route deliveries to minimise time between kitchen and doorstep. We also recommend refrigerating on arrival if you're not offering it within a few hours.
For home orders we use a single sealed box per pack size (500g/1 KG/2 KG/5 KG). For societies distributing to many devotees, we can also pre-pack into individual 1-pc or 2-pc sealed pouches on request — ask us on WhatsApp.
No. Our production facilities are 100% dedicated vegetarian and strictly eggless — nothing non-vegetarian is ever prepared in the same space, keeping every batch suitable for sacred pooja offering.
Please don't use it for prasad — message us a photo on WhatsApp immediately and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. This should be rare, since boxes aren't reopened after our kitchen seals them.
