From welcoming Bappa on Sthapana day, through every daily aarti, to the grand send-off on Visarjan — here's how to plan fresh modak prasad for the entire 10-day festival without last-minute scrambling.
Plan My Festival Prasad on WhatsAppThe day Bappa arrives home. Most families and mandals want their first prasad ready before the murti installation aarti — this is our single busiest delivery day, so pre-booking 24–48 hours ahead is strongly recommended.
Tip: Order a mixed box (Dark Chocolate + Lotus Biscoff) so it appeals to every generation at the welcome aarti.
Through the festival, most households and societies offer prasad twice a day — morning aarti (8:00–11:00 AM) and evening aarti (6:00–8:30 PM). You can place a single standing order or book day-by-day depending on your footfall.
Tip: For societies, individually sealed pouches (rather than one shared box) make daily wing-wise distribution far faster.
The grandest and most crowded day of Ganeshotsav — visarjan processions mean higher footfall, more guests, and the largest single-day prasad requirement of the festival.
Tip: This is when most Sarvajanik Mandals place their Maha Prasad (11 KG–200+ KG) orders — book at least 3–4 days in advance for visarjan-day slots.

Ganesh Sthapana day and Anant Chaturdashi (Visarjan) day are our busiest. For either, we recommend booking at least 24–48 hours ahead (3–4 days ahead for bulk Mandal quantities) to guarantee your preferred aarti slot.
Morning aarti deliveries run 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM; evening aarti deliveries run 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM, across Mumbai, Thane, Mira-Bhayandar and Navi Mumbai.
